Tre date estive per i Franz Ferdinand, ieri sera protagonisti a Ferrara Sotto le Stelle, dopo il concerto di Udine e l’appuntamento di stasera a Roma per chiudere la rassegna Rock in Roma 2014.
Un ritorno in grande stile quello di Alex Kapranos e soci, dopo la pubblicazione del quarto album Right Words, Right Thought Right Actions – definito da NME il loro migliore – che li mostra in ottima forma.
Fin dai loro esordi nel 2004, i Franz Ferdinand sono riusciti subito a fare centro, grazie al loro sound ritmato e scanzonato, riportando il rock inglese nelle classiche, e soprattutto nei dance floor di tutto il mondo. Ed è dal vivo che la loro musica rende appieno, con riff di chitarra pungenti, ritmi sincopati e ritornelli da cantare a squarcia gola. Chi si reca ad un loro concerto difficilmente potrà semplicemente stare fermo ad ascoltare.
