La 27esima edizione dei Video Music Awards sarà in diretta dal Nokia Theater di Los Angeles lunedì 13 settembre alle ore 20.30
New York, NY (4 agosto 2010) – Dal pop al Rock fino all’Hip-Hop, gli artisti più caldi del momento si contenderanno l’ambito premio “Moonman” ai prossimi”2010 MTV Video Music Awards” in diretta lunedì 13 settembre alle ore 20.30 dal Nokia Theater di Los Angeles. MTV ha annunciato oggi i nominati della 27esima edizione del premio musicale più ambito al momndo: apre la strada delle nominations Lady Gaga con tredici candidature tra le quali “Best Pop Video”, “Best Female Video”, “Best Dance Video” con la hit “Bad Romance”. Da sempre abituata a stupire, Lady Gaga è la prima artista ad avere così tante candidature in un’unica edizione e l’unica cantante femminile ad avere due video candidati nella categoria “Best Video of the Year” rispettivamente con il singolo “Bad Romance” e con la hit in collaborazione con Beyonce “Telephone”.
Grazie al successo del suo ultimo album, Eminem è, invece, l’artista maschile più nominato di quest’anno con otto nomination tra cui “Best Male Video” e “Video of the Year” per “Not Afraid”. New entry dei Video Music Awards sono Ke$ha, candidata per tre Moonmen grazie al brano “Tik Tok”, e il rapper B.o.B. con cinque nomination tra cui la categoria “Best Hip-Hop” per “Airplane” che si scontra contro “Forever”di Drake.
Altri nuovi artisti entrano per la prima volta tra le categorie dei VMA, come Justin Biber con il singolo “Baby” nominato nella categoria “Best New Artist”, Florence + The Machine, la bellissima voce di Florence Welch che entra di diritto in 5 categorie con il brano “Dog Days Are Over” e Jason Derulo con “In My Head”.
Oltre a tutti questi artisti tanti altri fanno parte delle 16 categorie che compongono i VMA 2010 come Jay-Z, Katy Perry, 30 Seconds to Mars, Alicia Keys, P!nk, Usher ecc.
I “MTV Video Music Awards2010” saranno in onda lunedì 13 settembre dalle ore 20.30 dal Nokia Theater di Los Angeles.
I due principali protagonisti dei VMA 2010 hanno commentato il loro risultato:
“Sono così onorata di queste candidature per tutti i piccoli mostri e gli auto-dichiarati freaks dell’universo, di avere più candidature ai VMA in un solo anno di qualsiasi altro artista nella storia di MTV.
